You keep full autonomy to select your consultant and discuss the mission directly with them, while Freeteam provides the administrative, contractual and logistical support.
You and the consultant agree on the key parameters of the assignment, such as the daily rate, workload and working arrangements. Once aligned, the consultant confirms their commitment to the project.
Freeteam then signs a contractual agreement with the consultant. This document defines Freeteam’s responsibilities, including administrative support, compliance with French regulations, and ongoing operational follow-up during the assignment.
We also monitor the progress of the mission to ensure objectives and timelines are respected.
Once the consultant is selected and the scope is validated, you sign a project contract with Freeteam. This agreement details the scope of work, duration, workload, start date, fees and termination conditions.
At this stage, Freeteam assumes contractual responsibility for the execution of the assignment.
Before starting the assignment, the consultant signs an employment contract with Freeteam and becomes an employee under French law.
This contract can be short-term or long-term and clearly defines the rights and obligations of both parties, including the duration of the assignment and access to French social security benefits.
From this point on, Freeteam assumes full responsibility toward French tax, payroll and administrative authorities.
